TBH, this song almost makes me cry every time I hear it, and hearing it in person would probably put me over the edge 😂
chrism17 Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 I was just listening to this song yesterday thinking about how I had been there for its final performance at the Shoreline in 2010. Love it and Happy Birthday 21st Century Breakdown!

I was thrilled to hear Nuclear Family in Montreal, just because it hadn't been done in a long time and was totally unexpected. Last Night On Earth, that's pretty cool. Oh shit, I forgot that happened. Hardly ever listened to Last Night on Earth all the way through for some reason, but that's definitely a nice surprise (and I will now). Here's a video with the first verse too:
Christian's Inferno! Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 They played a 21CB song other than KYE? I don't believe it!
madafaka Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 Bringing back the oldies! And if you don't think this is an oldie by now, you're an oldie yourself

It always surprises me when he forgets the lyrics or Mike/ Tre forget how to play older songs that they haven't rehearsed in a while, since I feel like I remember everything...but it's interesting to see that they probably don't listen to their own old stuff as much as some of us fans do. Which is totally cool and I completely understand- but is still kind of interesting/ cool.

shannon26 Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 I mean tbh I'm not 100% sure, I get the feeling he was going in for the verse and for some reason decided against it, if I had to bet money I would go with just forgetting at that second, but who knows it could have been exhaustion/emotion but that definitely wasn't made obvious. I think he messes up the last word of the first verse though doesn't he? Shouldn't it be giving all my love to you, not sending all my love to you? Still epic to hear it live (again), super personal song for me so sure was a surprise ☺️
