I went as a plus one with my sister and we were in the fan club section, it was a rather small section right in front of/closest to the stage. It was a section reserved for those with VIP or something, we had special wristbands, but I'm not sure if it included more than fan club winners, maybe.. Then behind us, there were barriers to separate the other people. Either way, I'm pretty sure idiot nation winners will have a great spot.

I'm (probably futilely) holding out for a small show over the weekend - they don't have much time off before going to Europe so I'm assuming they won't be in NYC for long. Does anyone know how close to the date other "secret" shows have been announced and how tickets worked?

That's awesome for VIP winners, stinks for everyone else though. That means even if you went and lined up today, there would still be 100 people in front of you.

But this morning in the kitchen my mom says to me " Green Day is going to be on Good Morning America on Friday morning". I was so impressed that she knew who they were and knows I like them. Maybe she is catching on finally. I was proud of her.

I'll probably be there even earlier (only time I can get a train) so we can wait together!
