It is a nebulizer.  It is used to give medicine via a mist. It is used by people with respiratory diseases, such as asthmatics. He probably just uses it to open his lungs up

He was using an inhaler onstage in Cleveland, too. Would you use all that just for your voice if you didn't have some condition?

Yes, the medicines are generally a saline based mist. You can just use a saline solution, with no medicine. That would open his respiratory track and probably help him perform better.  I woudl imagine he is fine, it is just a treatment to help him breath better.

I was surprised he can inhale and talk at the same time. I have asthma and when I have to inhale, I usually get dizzy from it and really have to concentrate.

Is there a link to this press conference? Also if Billie is taking Prednisone then he most likely has asthma. He might be having a flare-up due to the damn Midwest allergies.

Yup, prednisone can be used to treat asthma, but also things like bronchitis or pneumonia.

I'm going to go with asthma, because if he was actually ill with bronchitis or pneumonia he never could have done on stage what he did in Cincinnati & Clevelend. It was amazing.

He was right when he said they were in rare form for that radio interview. That was hilarious, it reminded me of some of the classic ones from years ago. I can't wait to watch that again. It's great when they're in good moods.

Prednisone is used for about a million different things. I was given it to prevent me going blind due to lack of oxygen reaching my brain once! He could have anything wrong with him but I doubt anyone in the media will notice let alone care tbh.

It's used for any kind of inflammation but since he's used both an inhaler and nebulizer it's most likely asthma or bronchitis?

The day of the Shepherds Bush gig back in 2012 when he was abusing drugs etc he felt the need to announce on BBC radio that he "just did" a whole bunch of rohypnol so don't put anything past him

Re: Asthma. It's even more of a bitch than usual when it's humid. This summer has been horrendous.
