Can anybody identify this record by the cover? It was the only 1 of 54 records I couldn’t figure out that was displayed last May at the 2-day Punk Bunny Coffee Kerplunk Kandy Speakeasy lounge in Los Angeles.

Yes, it's the Special Edition with a bonus DVD including the videos for Holiday and Boulevard of Broken Dreams and an interesting and funny Making of for both videos.

What was the name of that awful band that Green Day and Sum 41 were hyping and it turned out to be a side project by Guns N Roses member and some random dude?   Raw punk, everybody hated it?   I can't find any trace that ever existed tonight.
