That screenshot is from them advertising the website by saying "Go to VH1 now to see exclusive photos from our Storytellers" and then they take the photo. Why was handling the masters not a problem in 2004 when 1039SOSH was remastered? Or in 2007 when Kerplunk was remastered? Quote

It's not unusual to have back up copies made for masters Lookout's copy may not have been taken care of and maybe Billie and Mike forgot John has a safety copy 1 Quote
