I don't know that I can pick what I think is their 10 best tracks. I think I would have to split it into sections, Kerplunk back, Dookie to Insomniac, Warning to 21st Century Breakdown and the trilogy (yes I can pick 10). Basket Case # 1?? It's a great song, but I don't think I would put it at #1. I don't even think its the best on Dookie (that would be Longview). I think Brutal Love is a great choice from the trilogy, it is one of my top two. The other being Stray Heart. I'm glad to see it high on the list because maybe someone who reads this article will start listening to it. The rest are good choices, I just think there is so many left off.

Seanz25 Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 This Wednesday's Kerrang! Magazine has "Billie Joe in the studio" quoted in fairly big text on the front cover. Make of it what you will. I doubt it relates to the Matt Grocott stuff as they covered that a few weeks ago to the best of my knowledge. Likely it's nothing as Kerrang love Green Day to pieces but who knows. Hopefully we're pleasantly surprised.
