ThranaM Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 I actually really like the instrumentation of that song. The red-headed girl has a fantastic voice, but I don't like the way she sings the song, but the other girl is pretty good too. The red hair girl kinda killed it though. The other one was hidden behind her voice which made the performance even more bad
The Disappearing Boy Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 The red hair girl kinda killed it though. The other one was hidden behind her voice which made the performance even more bad Yeah. She's got talent, but the song shouldn't be sung in that way. 2
James! Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Lets face it, it could have been fucking awful but it wasn't that bad, I was excited for it but also nervous it's not one I like to see people cover /:
The Disappearing Boy Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 It was pretty cool to see a room full of people rocking out to Green Day though 2
stuart_and_the_ave Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Mum told me Green Day were mentioned on Radio 4 yesterday. It was a programme about small UK music venues and how lots of them are closed/closing. It mentioned bands that had played some of them before they were famoushttp://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b03trs7b
The Disappearing Boy Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 The Good Riddance cover isn't that bad guys 2
Spike Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 The Good Riddance cover isn't that bad guys Exactly! At least it's not Avril. 1
mitzymoo Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Boulevard of Broken Dreams performed during the battle stages of The Voice of Ireland 4
Karl Karlson Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Better than "Good Riddance", but still not good enough. Her voice doesn't fit at all :-/
BeachBum Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Yeah better then the good riddance cover, but still just meh.
Cruise Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 That was actually pretty decent. The song doesn't perfectly fit them, but it wasn't horrible, like the last one. The judges just re-enforce the reason why I hate these piece of crap shows, they make meh or horrible music seem to be amazing, and a lot of people believe it.
mitzymoo Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 This show is actually ridiculously bad and that was by far one of the best performances. A lot of the people they put together don't actually sound good together and make a hash of the songs which is why I was surprised at how good it actually was.
Tubbie Head Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 I also like the BOBD battle much better! That was pretty cool!
desertrose Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Here is a voice contestant from December singing Good Riddance 2
Give_Me_Novacaine90 Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Billie Joe's poster in the new issue of Kerrang

Karl Karlson Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Green Day Fan Art, You Really Must Own http://blogs.ocweekly.com/heardmentality/2014/03/green_day_fan_art_you_really_m.php Man, these are all ugly/weird. Too bad they didn't see anything by Florence (if they only look for physical art) 1
Lu_S Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 They aren't bad but BJ's voice has something that draws attention and that makes all the difference. 2
