I asked about the rep giving problem, an admin looked into it and can't see anything on the site/your account that might be causing it. If it still isn't working you could try using a different browser. Apparently 39/Smooth was an album - I looked it up on Wikipedia.Billie has angrily tweeted that 39/Smooth was their first album not 1039, it's a fact straight from the horse's mouth haha. Plus I don't know many EPs that have 10 songs on them. I suppose 1039 can technically be labelled their first album since it contains their first album plus a load of other songs though. 1

But it probably wouldn't count as false advertising on a CD case, since the CD would contain their first album among other things.
