i don't find it that uncommon. they barely played 'last of the american girls' and it was released as a single.
i forget it actually was a single. they never played it at any of the shows i went to on that tour.

Billie called it off for Forever Now. Quite audibly. Like you can hear him call it off if I remember through the mic and I swear I think he called out Forever Now.
