I was just thinking that. I used to love them. Songs About Jane is a fantastic album. But then Green Day came along and I stopped listening to them after that

I don't understand why the band have been tweeting and posting on Facebook and IG all week about this. They aren't nominated for anything, nobody seems to really care that they're there and they are performing one song. They didn't make this much fuss about the EMAs where they were nominated for two awards and got the Global Icon award as well as doing two performances. This is obviously going to be some kind of spectacular performance.

you mean Adam Levine and the other irrelevant band members? i once saw a post that basically said "if some random person on the street told me they were a member of Maroon 5, i'd probably believe them"

Same.. sometimes it gets changed to a rock station or country, but we have one coworker who changes it back as soon as she gets in..

I went to see them live back then and they were cool. I can't tolerate them now. If ever I was going to throw around the term "sellout"...

they didn't even play a second of a clip of the country nominees because they just knew no one wanted to go there
