I once tried making a green day fanpage (website) back in may. I'm decent at making websites so you'd think it looked alright but i got (bored and) lazy so i put no effort into it shortly after and it was really just 3 sections and one page and it only said smoothed out slappy hours after 10 minutes of coding. Like, literally I wasn't even bothered to pick better borders or better colors or a better font. It's just green and grey and smoothed out slappy hours Also i never put it out there so it kinda just sits on my computer like that, never went back to fix it or anything...

I think i'll just work on this now otherwise i'll forget about it. Smoothed out slappy hours gimmick website here i come

As someone who went to school for web development I will always encourage people to do it. You should get back to it! Did you have any plans for what you wanted on there?

I loved Saviors because It had a production more in 21cb way again, sounding big. We deserved It, after some albums with mid production.

21CB was a phenomenal album. The first time I listened to it I was blown away! It was (and still is) the most amazing album I have heard in my life. I wonder if Butch Vig did influence that. Of course, I suppose I am a bit biased, being from Madison.

I would absolutely love something like 21st Century Breakdown again just one more time in their career. The incredible production, the wide variety of instruments and arrangements, Billie Joe's vocal range, etc etc etc. An unbelievable record start to finish. How did that come to be? The band feeling adventurous after American Idiot? Warner/Reprise asking them for an epic follow up to American Idiot? Butch Vig's touch?
