I think it's just that a lot of people hated it because of the circumstances when they wouldn't have hated it otherwise, but now the circumstances are a distant memory so those people are able to enjoy it. It was also uncool to like it when it came out, but most fans will have grown out of that by now or if they're new, they don't know that was even a thing.
I've been a trilogy defender from the start and I'm glad people are realising how great it is! Billie's best love songs are on those albums and Love is for Losers.
I'd take it for Meet Me on the Roof and Nightlife. I can always go for a toilet break during Teenage Teenager and What Else Are Junkies On?
