I thought Charlie XCX thing was pretty funny and GD handled it beautifully, made it very clear they were unbothered by it and having fun. As for the Blink thing I’m sure there is quite a lot to suggest our guys get on just fine with Mark and Travis, I think Tom could be the issue, if there is one.

They probably won’t even see each other, but I think they’re all cool for the most part. I heard there was some drama about Blink 182 not being cool with Green Day headlining over them for the When We Were Young festival. If that’s true, they got lost in their own hype. Green Day has been and will be here to stay. Break up drama doesn’t make you more worthy of headlining above them, no matter how much press that may attract.

Crazy to think that if we are lucky, there could be a first single in like 2 and half years. That's almost as close to Nimrod 25. I'm not in a hurry to hear their next album, cuz we will be getting new songs soon, it's like the same amount as more than half of FOAM and I expect they will do something for atleast Warning 25th this year. It's a good time to be a fan, as we are getting stuff every year at this point, because of the demos and I'm equally as exited to hear that stuff, I especially am curious about Warning left over songs. Especially interested in hearing Clusterbomb, Wasteaway and Sleepyhead. I feel like the former 2 might be good songs if they were revisited around C&V/AI. Although I feel like Sleepyhead could just be Novacaine, since we knew that the song had an earlier version. If that's the case and either way, I feel like Lazy Bones might just be the original version of Novacaine, just rewritten probably enough to make it a new song with a new melody and stuff. Kinda like how Viva La Gloria is based on Lowlife clearly with the beginning and ending, even the other parts have stuff in common.

In his book, Mark referred to green Day are friendly rivals. He seems to think they can't stand each other. I have a feeling green Day doesn't think much about blink these days lol. That'd be so dumb if blink actually got salty that green Day headlined over them at WWWY. I didn't hear about that.

To be fair, I can see where Blink Stan’s might be coming from as Blink was certainly appealing to a larger audience at the time given their reunion, and festivals need to book acts that drive sales, blah blah blah. Their personal feelings on each other aside as I’m sure they’re chill with one another, it is super funny to think that Tre Cool will very possibly be shoulder to shoulder with a Kardashian LOLLL

I remember Billie saying he liked a Charlie xcx song back in the day, so it makes sense that he would be cool with the whole situation. That pic of tre wearing that sash was great though. It had to be said. “Actual headliner” lmao that’s good stuff.

Interesting observation on Spotify: GD are up from 31,6 million monthly listeners before Coachella to 33,8 million now. They seem to have made an impact there!

Just seems like cope on Blink's part framing Green Day showing them up as being a worse live band as "rivalry" lol. I don't think there is one, GD just got better reviews on a tour and acknowledged it and that was it.

I think Blink dislikes Green Day way more the Green Day dislikes them now…especially if it’s true Green Day declined a Pop Disaster Tour several times…and if Blink yelled at GD’s management on Pop Disaster that tells you something plus Tom’s ego I think makes him not like Green Day. Travis seems cool with Mike and Tre spoke highly of his talent Billie and Mike have shared pictures of being with Travis. Mark not sure about he seemed to diss them in his book.

If I manage to be a person they pull on stage, I will say hello to them all and hopefully talk myself into the touring band. I mean their live shows have been pretty good and all, but a 4th guitarist/backing vocalist could really put them over the edge 🤣

David is the vocalist from Disturbed, recently making news headlines for SIGNING the very bombs being used on the Palestinian people. He’s an avid supporter of Israel’s so-called “right to defend itself”. We all know GD’s perspective on this, and as far as I’m concerned it’s not really worth discussion between the two as it’d be a waste of everyone’s time on top of the fact I don’t think they even know each other like that lol Copilot says a lot of things that are often wrong 😛

The thing I find funny is the number of people insulting them on fanpages. Not the band/members pages, but like Green Day Italy, etc. It's sad enough to be on the official page of someone you hate, but how empty does your life have to be to hate obsess on a fanpage?

I keep seeing conservatives trying to insult Billie and Tre on social media with 'they look like old lesbians' and I never wade into the cesspits that are internet comment sections, but in these cases I'm really having to restrain myself from pointing out that Billie and Tre would not be offended.
