  1. 30 March On this day in 2017, Green Day played the Resch Center in Green Bay, WI on the Revolution Radio Tour. Someone gave that jacket to Billie. He had his own made afterwards and wore it for Still Breathing and Forever Now for the rest of the tour. This was one of my favourite shows ever. I actually still have a clear memory of Forever Now and how I had both arms in the air, screaming at the top of my lungs and jumping until I couldn't breathe. Made some good memories at those arenas in the middle of nowhere. More photos: On 30 March 2009, Depression Times by Rodeo Queens (Green Day and Jesse Malin) was recorded. On 30 March 1998, Green Day played the UNSW Roundhouse in Sydney, Australia on the Nimrod Tour. On 30 March 1991, Green Day played the Phoenix Theatre in Petaluma, CA.

  3. Movie is wrapped https://www.instagram.com/p/DHyoOydJBGm/?igsh=bnllb2x6MHVyYThj So now post production followed by however they manage to distribute it. Hopefully we’ll get release information by the end of the year. I was thinking about road stories they could use. Because we know this is based on the band’s own exploits touring during the early years, what are some of the road stories we know about that could potentially make it into the film? — The most well know story of course is Sleepy the disembodied head in a jar they had to sleep near. — That time their van got broken into in New Orleans and their clothes and road cash was all stolen. Fans donated clothes and cash for them to get to the next town. — The IG gdtourvan1990 has loads of stories, pretty sure that account was run by Kiffmeyer https://www.instagram.com/gdtourvan1990?igsh=MTY0b2ZnN2U0cTBtOA== Anyone know any others?

  7. dunno, the 21 Century Breakdown is great for me BECAUSE of the emo But I'm definitely more on the emo side of GD fans so that's just me lol "My name is No One, a long lost son Born on the 4th of July" *AIR DRUMS AGGRESSIVELY "Born in the era of Heroes and Cons That left me for dead or alive *AIR DRUMS AGGRESSIVELY* I mean, American Idiot Tour is iconic so I I don't think the RevRad Tour is talked about enough, or that entire album is frankly DUDE THE STRIPED TROUSERS I literally bought red pants because Billie had them lol That and the shirt with all the patches Just the outfits of that tour were peak Green Day look for me ...also the guy liner, can't forget that secret sauce

  12. When Billie played that bit of Corvette Summer there was a collective gasp and that little shit knew exactly what he'd done when it didn't continue 😂 I have to admit I didn't recognise Pollyanna. I don't think I've even listened to it in full. #FakeFan 😤 I could tell I was in the company of fellow ADHDers because Billie kept playing random chords and Tre tapped away at his drums whenever there was a lull 😂 Now I've had some sleep I can't believe that was all an actual thing I experienced. Green Day were probably onstage for a maximum of 3 of the 12 hours we were all there - there was a lot of waiting around and we had to leave to eat then go back in - but it was a unique and unforgettable experience for sure. The local fans were so nice 🥰 The lady next to me had never seen Green Day and said she was a reasonably casual fan, but after the first song she was like, 'this is the best day ever!' Pretty sure it's OK to comment on random impromptu bits of songs because they didn't have anything to do with the film... it says we can't post 'material in connection with the Picture,' not the event itself.
