Just been listening to Absolute Radio in the UK and they announced they will be interviewing the band in a Soho Hotel on Monday afternoon! Totally taken aback, was not expecting it and doing dull stuff when announcement started so will come back with more details as I hear them! Should have put Monday 13 November in title! So clearly, not going back to US on Saturday then.

I’ve been wondering about this, too. I get that the album release is still a ways out, but they could definitely perform one or both of the singles on a late night show and do some preliminary interviews. Glad we’ll be getting one soon!

I've ultimately decided to sit this tour out, and it was a tough decision as I haven't missed a Green Day show in my area in decades. My wife and I may be moving by the time they come to our area or we might not which complicates things. $75 for nosebleed seats x2 with Ticketb*stard's insane fees ended up being around $200 plus the fact that I'd have to sit through the Smashing Pumpkins and I don't want a cent of my money to go to Billy Corgan. I've had to sit through some insufferable bands to see Green Day many times in the past but none more insufferable than him. No thanks.

Green Day has pissed me off this entire week. Fuck this tour. This album better be amazing.

While they’ll always do small secret shows, I think as they get older, if they could possibly fill stadiums, they’ll continue to do stadium shows because it allows them to play for more people with fewer shows per tour. I just don’t see them going back to 100 shows a year anymore

When you're watching an MTV VMAs compilation and two seconds in you correctly identify the 2005 VMAs based on the water fountain because it makes you think of the photo shoot Green Day did for the awards where they were all wet. Needless to say, my bf was confused and impressed by my talent (This is the best version of the picture I could find - Green Day in the top left corner)

I’m with you. Holding out hope for an LA club show, but not paying these exorbitant prices for the Sofi show. As far as Corgan is concerned, guy is by all accounts a world class asshole. And as much as I like Siamese Dream and (some) of Melon Collie, they haven’t been good since the mid 90s imo.

WOO! My brother just won tickets for the show in Cincy! I'm sure the seats are back a bit, but not having to pay for these tickets is a big win and helps offset what I'm paying for Pittsburgh.

Fink can handle getting less than ONE MINUTE on stage. He'd make the most of it instead of whining. We ain't got time to listen to him do that. What's strange is that any of the Network people could be at Green Day shows and we'd never know it. I believe Fink and Van are male, but really we have no idea. Doesn't look like any of them are featured on Saviors which stinks. I hope they are all doing alright. I hear one of them recently got sick but is expected to bounce back quickly.

If Fink appears on stage and dances just for 1 min and get taken off the stage just like the drunk rabbit, while at the same time GD is performing, it would be amazing. What if it happens?

I got tickets yesterday! It will my fourth time seeing them, first time since 2017 in Green Bay.

Longview, Basketcase, When I Come Around, J.A.R, Good Riddance, Minority, American Idiot, Holiday, Blvd, Wake Me Up, Know Your Enemy, 21Guns, Oh Love, Bang Bang, Still Breathing, Father of All, Oh Yea. TADIKM all went #1 on some type of chart so we got consistency and most likely more number ones…looking at you father to son

Isn‘t it the case that you can completely forget the chance to get barrier on this tour because there is always a VIP package where the stupid VIPs walk past you and are let into the venue earlier? The real fan, who has been queuing for hours, then looks down the tube..

Eh, I actually quite like the falsetto. Biggest problem are the effects on top of Billie's voice, but that's present throughout the whole era so it doesn't affect my ranking. I remember looking forward to playing Father of All at the studio with my friends, as it was fun as hell to sing. Then the pandemic happened lol And we never played together since then. Alas, it was not meant to be. I'm impressed you hate this one so much you rank it lower than Here Comes the Shock (imo the worst GD song of all time).

Finally looks like we're getting a full band interview. Really confused why they've been so quiet. Like they've done a few performances which is cool but doesn't feel like there's really been any kind of "promotion" of the album yet. Maybe they're waiting until it's closer to the album release but even for FOAMF, I'm pretty sure they did a couple interviews when they released the first single and that was 5 months before the album release. I want to hear about the album. I want to hear what they have to say about it, Billie especially. Maybe some insights on FOAMF, how they feel about the album almost 4 years since its release

Just glad the guys seem passionate about their new music. Playing the new songs a lot and Billie even posted on IG an acoustic LMNB. They seem passionate and genuinely excited unlike FOAM or even RevRad.

$283 for one ticket on the field in Chicago? I think Green Day has lost the plot. Yeah sorry. I love these guys but fuck this tour. I know some folks are excited about the line up but I see a majority of the fans disappointed that's it's not at least an arena tour. That plus the high ass prices makes me really disappointed. I have to be careful with my finances so I can't swing this tour for okayish seats and to skip most of the lineup. I know the band is not fully involved with ticket prices but they have some say especially when it comes to VIP so it's disappointing to see many fans being shut out due to pricing. And it sucks because I hate scalpers but that's where I'll be looking when we get close to the show because TM is scummy as fuck.

Hey, I would've done the same thing as you if I had one in my cart, so don't feel bad! I'm sure this show was also in demand being on a holiday weekend which was working against me. But yeah, it doesn't feel right at all. I hope those expensive VIP tickets all sit there unsold and they lose money/the tour sucks ... I don't care if that makes me a bitter asshole. I'm sick of this co-headlining BS.

I'm going to this show kinda wish they were doing Dublin first, then the UK shows. Instead I have to fly over for this gig, back home for Dublin two days later and then fly to London for Wembley 🙄 A week's holidays from work...... the things I do for this band 😂
