They probably just assigned that song with the name Do Da Da quickly before they released it as a B-side to Brain Stew/Jaded and couldn't think of anything else to call it. If you look at the lyrics, there isn't really any other name you could really assign to the song other than Stuck With Me that would sound like it fits with the song

I'm sorry I'm a tad confused, which is my usual state of mind anyway, and I'm not stoned, at the moment. So the Do Da Da song, the second track on single Brain Stew/Jaded, should been Stuck With Me, which of course is said many times in lyrics. Then Stuck With Me, the third track on Insomniac album should have been Alright, coz he says I'm not alright a few times, I get that. But how did that happen, and where the fuck does Do Da Da come into this? Thanks.
