I would love to see some new music come out in the fall. I remember the first time I heard Rev Rad in full, I was walking around my college campus at midnight, with a nice brisk breeze, enjoying a good album. The first time I heard The Static Age (which kickstarted my love for Green Day) was in October. I always associate new Green Day music with cooler weather, and I would love to have that experience again this year. Even if it's just one song.

Maybe that means we'll be getting a ton of B-sides with 1972, just like the ones that came from the 21CB sessions Lights Out Hearts Collide A Quick One While He's Away Like a Rolling Stone That's Alright Mama Another State of Mind

Billie would be pleased to hear that! I remember hearing on a podcast he was on once that he always thinks of a season first while brainstorming new songs! (Which is surprisingly productive for poems as well)

There’s a show on the TV called The Hit List- they play clips of songs and you have to name the song and the artist. I instantly got Boulevard of Broken Dreams on yesterday’s show. Later on in the show when they did songs with a repeated word in the title, I also identified clips of Rebel Rebel by David Bowie and Dance Dance by Fall Out Boy.

Well if he keeps getting feelings, then one of these days he's eventually gonna be right. Just probably not yet 😋 Could mean anything man, but yes, there's a chance it could mean that.

I think people will complain no matter what their setlist is. Some people say they want songs from FOAM but I bet as soon as green day would play a song from it, some people would be like ew why are they playing a FOAM song. Basically green day can't win. Everyone's entitled to their own opinions of course, and I agree change ups are nice. But I'm satisfied with any setlist they choose
