I think it’s cute and funny him wearing his own merch. European fans are so lucky that he’s mixing things up and having fun. And t-shirts for god’s sakes, what every fangirl has been wishing for since 2012. This is 1000% better than the US shows and the same long sleeve black button up every night where the most we had to look forward to was what color jacket he was going to be wearing over it for the first ten minutes.

I mentioned it in the BJA Photos thread, but I'll say it here too: I think it's weird to wear the souvenier/merch shirt of your outfit. Just go full AI with the button up and red tie for real and make it official. That would look way better and way less corny. I agree that the variety we're getting is great, though. My mom texted me today about it. She said "You fans need to tell Billie Joe Armstrong he cannot renounce his US citizenship because we need every vote!" My mom is always right, so it's settled. In all seriousness, though, if he really is actually dead serious about it, I agree. You give up that citizenship and you give up your ability to use that vote to stand up for what you believe in and against things you don't. At a time like this, too, every vote really does count. We all need to keep on fighting this together.

Is it cheating if you fall asleep before anything happens? idk how unpopular an opinion this is going to be, but honestly, it seems to me/I would assume that like most guys his age would, he probably enjoyed the attention from those girls/had a good time, and the women very much seemed to do the same… and as far as cheating is concerned that’s between him and his wife. We don’t know how they feel about it/deal with it... From my POV there’s nothing that incriminating going on in the video, but he’s not my partner so I don’t feel the need to spiral into a jealous fit. I would say there’s nothing horribly wrong with him having a night out, but obviously, it’s not good to get too out of it or do it too often, so I hope he’s practicing some harm reduction and has good quality of life, subjectively, in the end that’s what matters the most.

It won’t be easy, but we will win this long fight damn it!
