starting to use twitter is the worst thing anyone can do for themselves these days. It was fun when he was posting there a lot in 2011, but the site has become incredibly toxic. I’m glad he’s staying away (and definitely not looking himself up on there)7 points

Printed setlist. Disappearing Boy, IFTL and ITWAN were planned, so was She and Still Breathing but cut. Everything after GR was spontaneous7 points

I don’t remember it that well because it’s been a decade, but I think something kinda bad happened around that time, that may have been the reason they cut back on touring and content for a while.6 points

Lots of things would make sense but what they will actually do is anyone’s guess 🤷5 points

I have not received mine yet, and I've been waiting a long time for this moment to come I'm destined for anything at all. I'm actually waiting for Warning. Billie was going to hook me up before hit stores, but it's been so long, stores don't eve sell cds anymore. The heck, Billie Joe.4 points

Awesome! This means Revolution Radio MAY get some representation this time around and that maybe Billie Joe is still not in that "feel good song of the year" vibe just yet. Or the "feel bad" vibe of FOAM for that matter. He wants to ride the fence, and that's cool. Now us FOAM fans - we're doomed! At least with the Trilogy, nearly all the songs got played once or twice. Revolution Radio got live debuts of a good chunk....but FOAM. Dear sweet, lovable FOAM.....less than 20 performances overall and nearly all were the title track. Let's assume this is because most people didn't like Trilogy and FOAM that much. If ALBUM 14 is well received, do we think Green Day will start playing new songs live again? Because if Green Day puts out a new album in 2022 or 2023 and yet only plays songs up to 2009.........they are still slaying the live arena, but something needs to be corrected. Either make new music you want to play to the masses or......I dunno. Make sure you're not disconnected from THE NETWORK?4 points

I’m thinking maybe they don’t even release a single this time around if it’s indeed an EP with less songs. They would probably release the whole thing at once. Who knows, just a thought.4 points

Gonna make myself unpopular and say she ought to have given someone else the chance to get on stage although she's not the first to go up more than once. I'd be a bit embarrassed admitting I'd got two guitars that way! Surely the band would prefer as many different people as possible to have that chance? I posted those pics a few pages ago! https://www.instagram.com/p/CZ8WnkXrIEp/?utm_medium=copy_link https://www.instagram.com/p/CZ7tj85PtyB/?utm_medium=copy_link https://www.instagram.com/p/CZ7hnqGvRqV/?utm_medium=copy_link4 points

Today could a very special day! P.S. I miss when he was on Twitter more often. The last post was his car was stolen. Nothing about finding it. I hope he starts using Twitter again for announcements and fun things. Hopefully today!3 points

Listening to I Think We're Alone Now live infront of thousands of people kinda to me feels like a celebration of were we are now. The song really connects to the pandemic to me because it was the first No fun Monday song in march 2020 Like "hey, this song is about being locked up, alone, because of a virus, but now we are able to be togehter again and enjoy life"3 points

Standard release dates matter less and less these days. Pretty normal to release singles any day of the week, and getting more common releasing albums on days other than Friday as well. Green Day can do whatever the fuck they want anyway lol.3 points

Single tomorrow, full EP on billie's birthday would make sense. Or the whole thing at once on 17th.3 points

I hope we'll get some news this week!!! It'd be amazing have a new teaser today. Do you guys remember when BJ announced a new album on Valentine's Day back in 2012? https://twitter.com/billiejoe/status/169499000305750016?cxt=HHwWgMCQ8Kqcl9oEAAAA2 points

Right, but there was a bunch of official live tracks around that era. * 3 live versions as UNO digital bonus tracks from Converse's soundcloud page (Let yourself go, Stay the night, Oh Love from Irving Plaza 2012). They were free to download, not available now though. * Japanese Version Trilogy (Let yourself Go from Austin Texas 2011 for UNO, Coming Clean from Irving Plaza 2012 for DOS and Nuclear Family from Shibuya AX Tokyo 2012 for TRÉ) + 4 digital bonus tracks you could download as mp3 quality if you get those CDs (Stop When The Red Light Flash, Carpe Diem, Kill the DJ and 99 Revolutions, all taken from Shibuya AX Tokyo 2012) Therefore, there were two live videos taken from Irving Plaza uploaded on GD official Youtube Channel and one live version of 99 Revolutions from Bologna Italy on ONE's Youtube Channel. So, there were plenty of material to release something for trilogy era BUT not "compiled" in one release as BIAB or AAF. BTW, I hope GD releases a live EP including Pollyanna, taken more stuff Hella Mega and their last show.2 points

Same. I think we sometimes over think things on here, or maybe over worry, I don’t know but we manage to wind ourselves up and then deflate. I’ve so loved seeing everything from last night. Can’t wait for whatever is next!2 points

Totally! When I'm actually at a show the setlist really isn't very important. There's so much to enjoy at any given moment, which particular songs they're playing becomes a minor detail. I've never seen them at multiple shows on the same tour so I can't speak for that, but no matter whether the setlist was "standard" or not every show I've seen them has been awesome in its own unique way, and more unique setlists haven't automatically meant better shows nor have less unique meant worse. I know when I go to my Hella Mega show they'll be knocking it out of the park being so well practiced and full of confidence that every song is a banger, it's going to be a blast.2 points
