Yeah, I think he looked spectacular during RevRad. I'll always think 21CB and AI (particularly 21CB) are superior to any other looks he's had, but RevRad was definitely one of the best eras for Billie's wardrobe. I mean, just look at this! It's quite varied. If there ever was a wardrobe that doesn't work for him it's Hella Mega/FOAM imo.

Can’t agree here, I thought he looked fab during FOAM/HM, possibly too much make up at times (can we blame the make up artist for wanting to spend more time on him though ), had a great selection of beautiful jackets.

Whoever was in charge of his face in 2019/2020 was putting him through the standard kardashianization protocol they use for female celebs, which always looks weird and uncanny, but it stood out even more on a guy.

I know this is a little delayed, by I was reading people talking about a next album potentially being covers....I wouldn't think so since he just released an album of all covers...It was fun, but I hope he got that out of his system bc I'm greedy and want new, original Green Day songs.

Wow, I thought he looked awesome, I particularly liked the black shirt with white spots. You maybe would see this sort of discussion more on the fangirl thread.

My favorite style was 21CB era. So I was listening to KFAD, which has been ages since I lasted listened to, and imo, if GD wants to keep it on the setlist, they should change the routine. While I listening to it, I was thinking it would be nice if people from the crowd got to the stage and got costumes. During 21CB era, they would bring several people to the stage during 2000LYA... same idea, but during KFAD, people dress up in costumes (and as it becomes known, people would be already in costumes) and they would dance up there. At least, loads of different people might bring something new to the routine, because we know everything the guys do at this point.

Not 100% but I think that’s the Beatles Get Back three part documentary. Not sure the significance of this post but I’m glad he’s sharing. I’m interested in this documentary.

He pulled out because he came in contact with someone who was Covid positive. He tested negative but he decided not to go just to be on the safe side

I’m sure he was just writing the songs at that point because he once said he’ll never go into the studio without lyrics ever again

I can’t wait until there’s actually something confirmed. It feels like it’s been forever since the band dropped a hint. The speculation has run it’s course so far with what we’ve got. I wish there’d been something to replace the Billie Joe NYE performance. I have way too much leftover hype energy that went nowhere.

Hopefully something exciting will happen soon. It seems like this Miami appearance would have been exciting/not prerecorded/not done remotely. Still feeling disappointed. I was so looking forward to whatever it was going to be. Better to be boring than dangerous at this point in time. Praying the pandemic is over soon and we all get through this safely. Much rather Billie Joe and the band (and fans) are safe and boring right now. There better be some massive parties and shows when this is all over. If boring is the new normal even after the pandemic I’m giving up. The best part about being a Green Day fan is the band being excited, new music, surprises, the side projects and the crazy fandom. Hopefully he’ll share something exciting very soon. So far the most exciting thing has been a deleted clip of a new cover and that got us going. I can’t wait until he drops some sort of bomb (and doesn’t delete it).

It's a little weird how it's been nearly 2 weeks and we still haven't gotten any new teasers or news for 1972. I think it'll be even weirder if we don't get more teasers or news by NY.

Oh am I pissed off! Placed my order with Pop I A Box on 29 June and after chasing it up, they just told me they are out of stock with no idea about getting further supplies! Now had to pay £16 for Mike and £30 for Billie!

I still think Billie Joe's style during Revolution Radio era was very questionable. Like seriously. Those shirts didn't look good at all on him, especially the one which was black shirt filled with white circles. I haven't seen any discussion about it. Does anyone actually think that those shirts during that era were good?
