If I was finally going to another county after 2 years of lock down, I’d be posting the shit out of that on my socials, too. Sara has always posted clips of her travels with Tre (and now Mickey). the fans have made this “a big deal”, not the band or their families.

But they haven't done any actual publicity or official posts about being in London/UK. Being spotted at a pub having dinner or in a shop buying clothing isn't publicity.

When you walk downstairs and your parents are watching some British crime show and the characters are talking about Milton Keynes and all that makes you think of it Green Day (particularly BIAB).

It is a letdown but remember we still have a song drop a week and the BBC Sessions album so at least there’s that. I would kill for an interview an TV appearance though, let alone a surprise show

No announcements as of yet. however, with Halloween a few days away, North American holiday shopping season 'officially' begins next week...so, (if they're coming out this year..) I'm kinda expecting to see the email from Gibson/Epiphone just any day now.

This really isn't that uncommon though — most people I know did something smaller or more scaled down and then held the more formal wedding or a reception this year for those who couldn't come. And I'm not exactly part of a celebrity-level social circle.

That’s true this isn’t about that. I think he’s just getting dunked on because while most people are having their postponed weddings now, he never had to postpone one and instead got two. Height of privilege. But I’ll stop before I get slapped down.

So someone on reddit claims they’re there for a wedding. They haven’t said how they know that. Then someone speculated that since Joey’s wife Phoebe is English, that maybe it’s a do over wedding for her friends and family since they couldn’t travel to the one they had last year. Sounds plausible if the wedding thing is true.

Thanks to Sara's stories we realized they are in London now, together with some of the Green Day Crew, like Chris Dugan (who posted a pic of a #wurlitzer on Instagram) and some others, maybe also Greg. Then @steviered80 posted a photo on Twitter saying he meets Billie in Camden so he's in there too of course: On the latest update Steve wrote that he was there with his wife "and some other people", I'd say Greg, if you look closely on the photo in the reflection (?) ahah So what do you think they are up to? Promoting BBC Live Session? Recording something (HOW I WISH) but if it's true, where is Mike? Just for fun/personal things (but then why the crew is there?) I'd love a secret show but I'm fantasize maybe ahah By the way I'm glad it's time to speculate again AND, I'm glad they're on my side of the world ❤️

So just a thought. I wonder why Adie and Sara are out together so much in London without their husbands? And shouldn't Adie and Billie just be spending time with their new in-laws if that's what they're there for? So it does make me wonder what Billie and Tre are up to.

Please for the love of bejebus let there be interesting concrete news tomorrow. However I gotta admit indeed it is wonderful to know something is up and this has been way more exciting than the entire Hella Mega Tour at this point. It’s off schedule/not expected. Hoping for another sighting or update tomorrow. It can’t be nothing if basically the whole band and crew are there, I’m guessing Mike is on his way to the UK. This is pretty exciting. Finally. Something. Thank God even if at this point it’s basically nothing… Hope is everything.

I havent been on this forum for years! But came back especially to speculate haha. It was my birthday on Saturday, did a pub crawl in Soho, and now see Billie Joe was around the same area at the same time! Can't believe it, if I'd bumped into him with my friends, while drunk on my birthday it would have been carnage! Anyway, seems likely its related to the BBC sessions, but surprising so many of the crew are here, which gives me hope for some type of gig... I'm tempted to go and hang around Maida Vale Studios, as wouldn't surprise me if they're there as that's where the original recordings are from... anyway fingers crossed for something, its been too long!

I was also at that show!! Ah...just...good fucking times. Still one of the best shows I've ever been to.

And they are releasing a song a week until the release like that Billie Joe fellow with his No Freaking Fun Mondays Thingamajig.

The mix of unrealistic proportions and fine detail makes it sooo uncanny valley, but IS impressive

Yeah it's obvious it's Billie's AI vocals over the Broadway version. Still interesting to hear but both versions are great in their own right and don't really need modifying.
