My favourite thing about the Walking Contradiction video is observing how: - Billie does scary looking stunts and successfully shows zero fear - Tre does scary looking stunts but looks terrified and can't help trying to duck and power walk the whole time - Mike just doesn't do anything scary Really? When?

Somehow, all the elements of the universe combined in just the right way to produce the flawless specimen that is Billie Joe Armstrong. It's like the freak chemical reactions that occurred, turning organic molecules into self-replicating, self-assembling, and autocatalyzing entities that began the process eventually leading to life.

So it begins. Not even an attempt to reschedule just an automatic refund. We may see the whole tour go out this way

Had a dream that I was at a GD gig and me and the woman next to me were the only people up dancing as the rest of the crowd weren't fans of GD. At the end of the gig Billie asks for me and the woman next to me to be taken backstage and we meet the band. I woke up after the woman said how lovely Kevin was.

I don’t know if this is a hard and fast rule but someone on Facebook said that bands can only reschedule a show once and after that they have to cancel. So expect outright cancellation of the whole tour. It could be a while before they decide their next move. Another album? New tour? Different bands? A Network tour in Fall 2021 would be awesome they could do small venues. Not sure if they still want to be doing that by then though or move on. Damn I just want a Network tour and they could play FOAM tracks that fit like FBHT and Longshot did with the Trilogy.

The biggest insult is, we all bought the album to get a presale code! 😂

I gave dad a list of old school GD videos to watch- Brainstew, Hitchin a Ride, Nice Guys, Walking Contradiction, etc. He says that the videos are "daft", especially WC.

I suppose GD did the right thing in moving the dates to 2021 as they had to take that chance that the gigs might happen this year, but it sucks that we're going to be left disappointed again. I hope they can do a small venue tour this fall and hopefully play some of the FOAM songs like TTMAC that haven't been played live yet.

I'm guessing so. I think smaller venues may be able to get away with shows (New Found Glory and Simple Plan said this week that they're already lining up dates for their rescheduled tours where they're able to do them) but bigger shows just aren't going to be realistic. Hell, if I'm able to just make it to a baseball game of some kind this year, I'll be happy.

It's so sad. That was the best tour since Pop Disaster. I know a lot of people don't care about HMT but this one was really something for me.

I was determined not to go to any HM show and I suppose I can stick to it if Green Day still play the festival I got a ticket for. I wouldn’t mind a refund at this point though. Free money + not having to worry about Green Day cancelling and I end up with a ticket to see Five Finger Death Punch or something

THTGY is my least favorite song on the album. Popper Punk is a million times better and no one can convince me otherwise. That aw-aw-aw-awoh can't be topped. I melt every time Fink sings it.

No, Billie isn't dessert. He eats dessert. You've seen what he does with/to cake. What he is is a seductive demon who will eat your cake and then your soul. I do wish he'd start posting again since he's back. Maybe he's just lying low for awhile until after January 20th so he doesn't say something while he's in rage mode and get shit for it.

The video is just......eh..... The best part is how bored they look in the club. I hate the beginning. Just random footage of them on motorcycles like a bunch of desperate dads on the weekend.

I feel like I'd considered skipping it . But I'll probably be so desperate to do something by then that I'll go through it again . At least if we get a refund it'll feel like free money since it's been so long since it was spent.

God, I hope not... If we end up having to buy the same Hella Mega tickets I’ll probably have an aneurysm. But a new regular Green Day tour would be a good deal.

The only really annoying thing for me is the stress of getting the tickets being for nothing. IF once concerts are possible again they do just a Green Day tour instead I won't mind, it's a good trade off. But if I have to stress just to get the same Hella Mega tickets again.....that would suck

The things that I have played at work It's usually low enough where no one will hear and I try to skip all questionable songs, but sometimes I notice a little too late when NIN "Closer" is playing and I'm like oh....shouldn't be playing this at work

The vagina mushroom really doesn't look much like that when it's three dimensional. I guess a common name for it is stinky squid. The brown spider one is a Geastrum, or earthstar (they are light brown and I only had a dark brown fabric pen, so it's darker than it should be). Yes, every part of Billie is perfect. RE his sneezes: I think they are so cute because they are very petite just like the rest of him. He's a small, lightly built wonder. He looks so tiny in this picturrrre! I think it's just the angle, though. He's small, but he's not THAT small.
