  10. Use this thread for Instagram posts about the band by the band members, the official Green Day account, Warner, immediate family members, media and crew (including tour crew, people like Corbett Redford when he posts about the documentary, Larry Livermore when he posts about them etc). Instagram posts by immediate family members, media and crew must be about the band. Please do not post instagram posts that have the location of where they are staying. While we acknowledge that they can easily be found on instagram, out of respect for the band members privacy we ask that they not be shared on GDC. Please use this thread to post photos of the band taken by fans. View old thread here.

  11. Top 5 Best Pop Punk Bands GREEN DAY– Best Pop Punk Bands Continuing where the Ramones left off, and adding their own flair, Green Day has clicked with a younger audience. Twenty years later, Green Day have become more commercial. Generally recognized and popular, but still rocked the establishment even more fiercely than before. Green Day remains leaders of this musical genre. From Dookie to today, everything is great! https://jambothompson.staging.wpengine.com/best-pop-punk-bands/

  12. I like it, especially in Hitchin' A Ride because it's usually funny and teases the audience before the climax of the song. I enjoy him talking on stage and being silly and find them doing extra stuff in the middle of songs entertaining, literally only the high voice that bothers me lol. I don't mind when he gets on a serious rant either as it's cool to see him passionate about stuff, although the Letterbomb "joy" talk doesn't do much for me personally either

  13. Ok, I am 100% convinced that someone on that worked on ER (the show) was a serious Green Day fan because after the episodes with Good Riddance and At The Library (the most unexpected of song choices), I have now run into an episode with Give Me Novacaine from 2005. And the hilarious part is that it's a sex scene

  14. It is the final proof those two are awefully similar. I don't have anything against them but I think they do disrupt the flow of the song. I like the message he's trying to get across, though. Even though I'm not much into joying and the way he talks in general. It's the generic frontman talk. However, joying feels nicer than whatever else he says with an f-bomb in every sentence.

  15. I was on Facebook and the fanpage Green Day Rock 'n' Roll - Italy posted that this happen exactly 12 years ago!! And I just watched that interview with TRL and now I feel so nostalgic for the AI era cause even if that was when I became a fan, I didn't exactly followed everything they did during that era, even to this day I still found interviews that I've never seen or read. I wish I was more aware of everything they did back in those days like I do now. Anyway, I just miss this era so much, I mean, I love what's going on right now, but back in 2005 everything Green Day related felt so new to me Ok, I'm done lol.
