Might be wrong, but I think I remember reading somewhere that Dirty Rotten Bastards was about Billie drinking again? On the show, Julianna's father is killed by a drunk driver and she becomes an alcoholic to ease the pain. I guess that minus the drunk driver, its almost a correlation to Billie.

I think it's just funny, he's poking fun at the idea that he's this rockstar sex symbol, teasing the crowd by playing up to it for a moment before laughing at himself, and taking them out of their comfort zone at the same time (which he's always been an expert at!). Haven't seen him do the full wanking routine since AI times but he still does some teasing during Hitchin A Ride sometimes, humping his guitar and telling the crowd to make sex noises during the 21st CB tour and saying "do you want to touch it?" and stuff during the last tour , so he's still at it.

If that bothered you than don't look up the ones where he drops his pants. Seriously though, it doesn't bother me but I don't think it is,necessary. "Android" is one of the best songs on Kerplunk and easily the most energetic. Yet according to setlist.fm Green Day hasn't even played it live... Once... Come on, that's just insulting. I just love how he goes "Waste awaaaaaay" followed by Tre's kick ass drumming. Just a great song and probably my most listened to one Kerplunk (Next to "No One Knows", of course).

Does anybody know if this is legit? I didn't see Billie on the organization's webpage list of artists...
