  1. Looks a lot like a replica to me. It could be that the real one needed repairing at that point so the replica got used as a one off. I was having a look for this and the only thing I could find was pretty terrifying.

  8. That girl’s from outer space She’s got a pretty face She’s got metallic hair Her tentacles go everywhere From the finest mind of our generation, ladies and gents. Oh, and Sonny Boy, which out of the songs Tre had ever written probably has the most depth (in terms of meaning).

  11. Well it’s not as original as the rest of the stuff y’all have here, but I just thought it would be kinda cute. It’s supposedly a Game of Thrones style creator, but I just wanted the guys to look like heroes. (Well Tré might look a little shifty, but surely his powers are for good?)

  13. Two great examples! Proves the point even more; Tre Cool is probably the greatest lyricist of the 20th and 21st century. Or indeed any century.

  14. That line pales into insignificance next to "Put a belt sander against my skin, yee-haw."

  15. Exactly. 'Want you to spank me and call me naughty' is one of the best lines ever written.

  17. The 10 Best Walk-Up Songs For MLB Players Jason Motte, RP, Cardinals / “Brain Stew” by Green Day - “Brain Stew” isn’t exactly a weird choice since it rocks hard, but for Green Day, it’s a bit surprising. I mean, they’ve got a great slew of music to choose from, and from those tunes, you’d think “Basket Case” or “Welcome To Paradise” would be the obvious picks. But “Brain Stew” is a thick punk rock song, and while I prefer some of the more streamlined material from the group’s catalog (I mean, if I want heavy stuff, I’ll listen to NOFX or Bad Religion), this song still manages to be one of my favorites. And its huge sound sounds even sweeter through loudspeakers http://mindequalsblown.net/editorials/the-10-best-walk-up-songs-for-mlb-players

  21. I am GDA's official animal expert. I answer all non-Green Day questions related to animals. It is an extremely necessary staff position, no website can be without one in the 21st century

  22. Utter tripe! Out of the hundreds of popular bands who have actually disappeared why the fuck would they put three bands who haven't (Green Day, Muse and Kings Of Leon) on a list of four? They also call Boulevard Of Broken Dreams "Lonely Road". Can't remember the last time I read a worse article.
