Kay is not a fangirl. She insulted hobo Billie, remember?2 points

I really don't get the hate for Wild One, its slightly darker than Green Days usual stuff which i like and the solos sexy2 points

I tried to summarize around 70% of this thread into a single picture: (The pic's a meme that made the rounds in Japanese twitter a while back)2 points

Demolicious is excellent so far. 99 Rev Demo>>>Original Angel Blue Demo>>>Original (by a shit ton) Carpe Diem Demo>>>Original State of Shock is better than half the songs on the trilogy already. And Let Yourself Go is better as well. This is the live studio sound they needed.1 point

Come to think of it, Billy Joel in that picture looks like a cross between Billie and Jason. Again, not exactly a meme per se, but I found this real funny. This picture is not altered in any way. Now this picture on the other hand, is altered.1 point

It comes back to the issue of quality control. If you release so many songs some of them are bound to be good but it comes at the price of a higher number of duds. People thought that the bar of triplets in the last chorus of Church On Sunday was the CD skipping.1 point

Haha, that's exactly what I'm feeling ^^ I have to admit the overall job put on the trilogy is lame but I like it anyway1 point

Actually, it is kinda funny, because I like the trilogy (way more than a lot of people on here), but at the same time, it has the greatest number of songs I consider to be Green Day's worst.1 point

I don't even think it's the lyrics that are the problem. If ever a song needed to be about 100bpm faster to make sense it's that one. It just feels so weird and lethargic, listening to it feels like wading through treacle.1 point

"I'm drinking the Kool-Aid/I jumped on the gruh-nade..." In addition to its sucking, the attempted rhyme is so painful I wince every time I think of it.1 point

I think you're all crazy, Wild Ones awesome its got such a great dark vibe though of course the lyrics are crap though I do like the chorus a lot. But the instruments are amazing IMO and I think it hit the vibe that DOS was going for better than any other on the album1 point

Sure, here's the link: https://mega.co.nz/#!6swESI5Z!Vh3h9Gg6vZLbrcoigeHIyxvPLwYjSyBHhzz9qeaJMDo Tré can be seen in the beginning and at the end. It is from 2001 or 2002 (right before the 1st Jackass MOVIE came out; this was a rather private party)1 point

The first time I heard Wild One it was on CD, and because it came right after Lazy Bones I thought it was actually the same song until the first verse (and the hole between the 2 songs was a random little break before a guitar solo just like the previous one on Lazy Bones)1 point

Lol at people thinking they know what kind of a person someone is when they've never even met them. I mean you can get a vague idea, but you can't really draw any conclusions unless you know them. You've just made me realize I don't know what it says and it doesn't say it in the lyric booklet . I hear it as "Pride (or something with an "i" sound anyway), what is your pay out?". I seriously don't know though. Your version makes sense with the song as well but it's so hard to hear that who knows. Someone needs to ask Billie this.1 point

Again, If someone has posted any of these just tell me and I can take any them off1 point

How they play Church On Sunday live just bothers me so much that I refuse to acknowledge that they've played it. Way way too fast. Spoils a great song.1 point

This last series of images - including Mike being abused by the man in a horrible stripey suit, caused me to laugh out loud at five thirty in the morning. TOO MUCH.1 point
