Exchange 1 Boston ticket (floor/mezz)

Sorry I posted this on the Boston and Toronto threads but did not hear much response so I'm posting here as well since Toronto show is fast approaching.

I have 1 Boston mezzanine ticket that I would like to exchange with someone for a Boston floor ticket ( so that my brother can be with my sister and I)

In exchange along with the Boston mezzanine ticket I can also give you a ticket to the Toronto show at no cost (to make up for giving me the floor ticket).

There is also the possibility of buying 2 more Toronto tickets from me at cost value plus the fees I paid (around 33-35 $ per ticket I think..will have to check)

Wanted to go to Boston show but didn't manage to buy at the presale so bought 3 Toronto tickets. Ended up being able to buy Boston tickets at general sale (I got 2 and my brother got 1) so want to resell my Toronto tickets

If the swapping of Boston ticket does not work out then I would like to sell all 3 of my Toronto tickets (using transfer option in ticketmaster)

edit: Toronto show is cancelled so this does not work anymore..but if anyone one still willing to trade mezz for floor I definitely can pay extra. Thanks
