So, Boston ALT 92.2 Radio is holding a contest called "Green Day Payday" to win airfare, hotel, and show tickets for a show in the US city of your choice during their US 2017 tour. Before you get your hopes up, bare in mind that "all entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States, living in RI, NH or MA" Up to one hundred sixty (160) prizes will be awarded in total, each consisting of $500. How to participate: "Starting Monday, listen weekdays at 8:20, 11:20, 2:20, and 4:20 for the cue to call, be the 100th caller at 855-485-2000 to score a $500 Green Day Payday and qualify for the Alt 92.9 grand prize: a trip to see Green Day in the U.S. city of YOUR CHOICE on their 2017 "Revolution Radio" tour!" "Winning callers who hear the cue to call on Alt 92.9 WBOS will be entered into a Grand Prize drawing to win a flyaway trip for two to see Green Day in 2017. On or about Monday, November 14, 2016, one (1) Alt 92.9 cash winner will be selected randomly to receive the Alt 92.9 Grand Prize. Initially-selected Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and must confirm acceptance of the prize within three (3) business days of initial notification attempt or risk disqualification and selection of a new winner. The Grand Prize is a flyaway trip for two (2) to see Green Day live in concert in 2017. Winner may select any destination in the continental United States where a Green Day concert is scheduled in 2017. Grand Prize consists of: roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) to the selected city; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only); and two (2) tickets to the Green Day concert in that city. All other expenses, including (without limitation) ground transportation, parking, meals, baggage fees, and other incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize trip must be arranged in advance with the prize provider; flights and destinations may be limited depending on availability, travel blackout dates, and other restrictions. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Minor guest, if any, must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Estimated retail value: $1,700. Actual value may vary depending on dates and location of travel. Any difference between the estimated and actual value will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Read more here The interesting part about this, besides from the contest which will be an amazing experience for winners, is that they posted a map with the states that Green Day will play during their 2017 tour (and that we know for sure now that this tour will happen in 2017). If the hand grenades are put randomly or not we can't know for sure, but there's states with no hand grenade and California has two, so I'd say it's pretty accurate.

Hopefully, it's because that area is too small on the map to properly place a hand grenade. Met Life Stadium in NJ always has huge summer concerts. I would hate for all of the NY/NJ fans to miss out! Our whole area is blank, except for the one in lower NY state. 😥

They skip Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Albany, and NYC and play... Idek what's in those two areas I hope the location of the hand grenades within the states is irrelevent, just that they're playing 2 shows somewhere in NY

If they play two green day songs in a row, which they did just now and TreSexy101 didn't win, you call the number and if you're caller #11 than you win tix!! So far today I think they gave a way 4 sets of tickets. I was mowing the lawn with my 1992 walkman and they played two G.D. songs in a row but I couldn't make it to my rotary phone in time to be the correct caller. I think it's far out that this station is having lots of contests to win them tix to see G.D. Peace and Love. Peace AND Love.

There's only 28 spots marked off, and by the sounds of things it seemed like they were going to do a lot of touring, I have a feeling there will be way more dates than this. Plus, all they did was mark off major cities in the US. We know they will be touring, but I am not taking that as an actual tour map. At least not yet.
