Do0g Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 I tried getting tickets for the New York Webster Hall show when the presale started and it kept saying no tickets found. I figured I would try again today when they went on sale to the general public but the Ticketmaster website isn't even letting me search for tickets without a lottery sale password. I signed up for the lottery sale before the presale, but never received an email. Anyone else have this issue?
Whatsername_Fuck Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 I do. Trying from Chrome, Firefox, Ticketmaster app. Nothing without that Lottery Code.
Khaleesi. Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 I'm sure you would only receive an email with the code if you actually won the lottery. You probably just didn't get picked... sorry
Whatsername_Fuck Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 The problem is that on their website it's clearly written that All tickets will be onsale to general public from 9AM today, as well as the lottery-winners. This sucks.
Do0g Posted September 9, 2016 Author Posted September 9, 2016 I just find it ridiculous that it didn't say anywhere that it was lottery sale only. Why did they even list a "General Public" on sale time separately from the "Lottery" on sale time if you can't search for tickets without winning the lottery?
Whatsername_Fuck Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 Just now, Do0g said: I just find it ridiculous that it didn't say anywhere that it was lottery sale only. Why did they even list a "General Public" on sale time separately from the "Lottery" on sale time if you can't search for tickets without winning the lottery? Oh I hear you. I had a first Idiot Nation code and it didn't work. By the time I got the second code, tickets were gone. Now, another code is needed. It is definetely ridiculous.
Khaleesi. Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 Keep checking... maybe if there are tickets left over after the lottery winners have a go, they'll put them up?
Paola17 Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 11 minutes ago, Khaleesi. said: Keep checking... maybe if there are tickets left over after the lottery winners have a go, they'll put them up? Doubt it. The terms stated they were sending out many codes and that people could buy up to 2 tix. The tix were first come, first serve amongst the lottery winners. The problem was that the venue did not openly communicate it was going to be lottery only. Some people from this forum knew because they saw a replied tweet and shared it on here, but many online did not know.
Whatsername_Fuck Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 It's seriously unfair. They should have announced that tickets are primarily from lottery and be clear since the beginning. And, Idiot Nation should have sent us working codes, not trials. Ugh, so disappointed
Paola17 Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 Nice to know they stuck with the lottery system until the end *sarcasm*
Snowman Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 Seems like the UK dates sold out ridiculously quickly. £60 a pop too. I missed out
James11693 Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 If anyone has a ticket/tickets they're selling for Webster please lmk! Lol
ProcrastinateGD Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 Hey if anyone is selling tickets please let me know. I need two. Thank you <3
James11693 Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 So I noticed that scalpers will be sending the tickets for Webster electronically , about 2 days before the event. Anyone think that's a little sketchy? I thought it was will call. If the buyers name is on the ticket, I wonder how the customer will get in to the event. Unless they just don't I.D. people for their names when they go in to the concert hall
