How are you going to have your 'First Listen' to Revolution Radio?

When Revolution Radio gets leaked/released, I'm going to have my first listen of the whole thing front to back driving on the highway in my car, at night 🙂 

For me, it's the best way to get into music without any distractions, and it'll probably be about 2 or 3 times in a row haha.

I have no idea. When I got the Trilogy albums, I was a new fan and it wasn't a big deal to me because Tre's been out for a month or two and I watched Cuatro right before. I always listened to their singles before that and all but it wasn't a big deal getting into them so I just listened to it in the background playing games and stuff and got to know the songs overtime but now that Green Day's my favorite band ever since a few months after doing that, and this new album is a big deal to me, I don't know what would be the best possible way to take it all in at once.

Be it as soon as class is over, or midnight, or whatever-headphones (and maybe dinner).

Well, I run a music reviews blog on Tumblr and I plan on reviewing it the day it comes out. But instead of listening to a leak or stream or something a few days beforehand, writing the review, and then posting it on Friday the 7th, I thought it'd be cool to do a Facebook Live video on my blog's Facebook Page where it's a combination video review and virtual listening party: I listen to the album on the Facebook Live video feed, give my thoughts and commentaries between tracks, and then when the album's over I give my final thoughts, opinions, rate it, and pick my favorite songs. I just have to see if I can borrow a good-quality camera from someone and be able to connect it to Facebook so I can do the live review and not have it look like crap.

I will definitely not listen to it when it leaks. If it leaks a week before it comes out, I'm gonna stay away from this forum, wait until I have the CD in my hands, and then I will listen to it on my stero, all alone, maybe with a good glass of whine Then I'll listen to it a second time, reading the lyrics of every song. That's how I always do it.

After coming home with the CD I'll make some nice food to keep me occupied, and sit and listen to it. Then I'll listen to it again while reading the lyric booklet. Then I'll gush about it on GDC.

I will preoder the album on amazon and listen to the MP3 version of the album as soon as it is avaliable in the amazon music app which is (usually, I have done this a looooot in the past) a few minutes after midnight. and then I will go to bed.

I will be on a cruise trip on 7th oct at the mediterranean ocean with no internet or anything else (best timing ever -.- )

I'll be home around the 12th of oct I guess, then immediately go to my local cd store, buy the cd, go home, and listen to the album from front to back, first time with headphones, then immediately through my insane sound system (prepare your anus my lovely neighbours!)

and finally the third time listening to the album will be on a lovely hill outside my town with a nice view, smoking a fat joint

I will be on holiday in Toronto when it's released - I might make my friends listen in the hotel room, or I might wait til bedtime and listen to it all on the headphones. Thinking of doing a live reaction blog on tumblr or something.
