Idiot Nation - how long for details to come through?

I pre-ordered the album yesterday along with membership

I've received nothign about the IN membership and just read that tickets in my home town are on sale to members tomorrow morning

how long do the details usually take to come through?

I didn't pre-order so I'm not certain (maybe someone who did can answer). But I thought was supposed to be relatively instant? I'd reach out to their customer support right away just to verify.

I think a lot of people had waited a couple of days for their code (which comes in a separate email), but from the sales page I also thought it was supposed to be instant.  I didn't get IN membership though so idk for sure.  @Maffm I'd contact their customer support due to the time pressure, not worth the risk of waiting.  The euro store support were really good when I contacted them about my bang bang download code.

I just ordered now and got my membership code email a minute before I even got my order confirmation and PayPal receipt email. I would check your spam and also double check you used the correct email.

I don't see any information or anything on Ticketmaster either. Does anyone know the best site to get tickets for these shows on Friday would be? Also, do you think it's going to be will call? Man I hope not lol

it's showing up on my ticketmaster app (says not on sale yet) and I would say they went up in the last hour if you haven't checked. I'm guessing that would be the best place to check!

Kinda freaking out right now.... Just signed up for idiot nation and was charged (I checked my banking statement) and the site is saying it doesn't even recognize my username! I know I typed it in correctly and its basically saying I don't exist. I bought it just for the pre sale tomorrow and I'm a little worried that I just totally wasted money if customer service doesn't get back to my by tomorrow!!

it took a little while for my stuff to go through. they send an email when it's confirmed

How long? Because even if I go to "forgot password" it says my email is non-existent

maybe like 20 minutes? just give it a bit, because I'm sure the whole thing is quite bogged down with the sudden influx of people renewing to get the pre-sale

I saw on IN that the presale codes are sent out in waves, so hopefully we'll be on an incoming wave!

Is there going to be a Presale for the Toronto show?  Ticketmaster hasn't even listed the event yet
