As I do with all records that I purchase, I intend to purchase the CD and rip it losslessly to my PC, for my digital needs.

well the guy who mixed it apparently mixes all "in the box", meaning no analog gear, so I'm assuming it was probably recorded digitally.

I'll probably get the HD audio version digitally first, then get the CD on the way to work or order a special edition if it becomes a thing.

If it ends up being really good, I'll also get a vinyl verson afterwards.

I will definitely buy it as a CD, simply because I have my little collection and I want to complete it. (Hopefully it will never be complete!)

But I think I might download Bang Bang digitally if I have to wait so long for the album. Need to support mah boys. Even though I'm not comfortable with digital downloads.

the only physical music i buy is/has always been GDs music

I use spotify very often, but for a band like GD I will support them by buying the CD

Most artists still release on CD.  You can't really play vinyl in a car
