Impressive in this day and age that all we've heard is a 5sec clip so close to release

And not even a good quality clip! It's pretty remarkable. I love how we're hearing it first on the radio - seems kinda old school!

And, same @jj0407. I have this open in a tab and keep going back to check it!

will there be a voting poll at GDA to rate the new song? it will be interesting to see how everyone would rate it :D

it just feels unreal that we will hear a new GD song after all this years, got so many feelings about this right now! it feels like everything will explode in a few hours coz GD are back

i just cant describe it in words, GD means so much for so many people! if I honestly had to name the biggest influences in my life and my personality, it would be my mum, my best friends, and green day .. my life and my character would be different today without them, its just amazing that music can really change lives

I hope we get a live album this time, I mean Demolicous made up for it in the long run. But nonetheless a live album would be nice.

I'm from Indonesia, and no news about local radio here gonna play it :runaround:

I would love a new live album. I really missed that the last tour. I mean, whatever you may think about the trilogy... the songs they played live were god damn amazing.

I'm having a hard time explaining to my girlfriend how "important" the release of BANG BANG is for me, while acting like a kid while being over 30 years old.

Do you guys think they'll play it right on 7am?

it seemed almost like they were touring out of obligation, though. they postponed a bunch of shows, but they also canceled a bunch and never rescheduled them, which really cut the tour down. i think they wanted to play, of course, but with rehab and cancer impacting the band and their loved ones i don't think they wanted to overstate the tour considering how little they were actually able to focus on promoting the album, y'know? so yeah, not having much official documentation of the last tour makes sense to me.

And hopefully it will be mixed like BIAB. To me, AAF sounds terrible. You can't distinctly hear all the instruments, and it sounds like you're listening to it through a tin can. AAF is only good for the movie filmed in Tokyo.

Haha I had the same problem yesterday. Luckily, my boyfriend tends so get super excited about the release of certain new video games, so he can kind of relate to it.

I don't even bother trying to explain to my fiancée. I live in my own world 😄

Oh no absolutely! I understand the why and how. But from a fan perspective it's more of a 'too bad' situation. You could definitely tell they were out of it and I have a feeling it's going to be very different this time around. To be honest, I hope they bring back the 21st cb stage production.

Anyone heard of a link for the poor guys like me in Australia :ermm:

It was also Pitch Corrected to death - Billie sounded like he was coming through a supermarket tannoy.

I downloaded an app called tunnelbear to activate a vpn, then download tunein to connect to the live 105 station. Hope that helps!

they definitely seem ready to go this time, and it seems way less forced and more on their own terms. i gotta admit, though, i think the toned down trilogy stage production was really nice. don't get me wrong, i love when the band puts a lot of thought into the stage production, but i also like when they keep it raw and simple. but since we don't know much about the new album yet, only time will tell what kinda production we'll get with it. which reminds me, does anyone know who's producing this album? is it cavallo? is it someone else? has the band said anything on instagram or elsewhere about it?

And now the proper wait begins. It's 10:53 and I managed to actually get some sleep...eventually. Time to stick the radio stream on and wait.

Does anyone know what station has the least (or preferably no) compression? Being picky I know.
