I think the fact that summer "concert season" has begun is making me even more impatient. Nearly every pop-punk band I like is touring right now and/or releasing a new album and the fact that Green Day is missing from the mix just doesn't feel right.

The new album is said to be dropping in the fall which means the tour could start some time in October.

No one gets extra points if they're right about it being announced in the next X weeks or the tour will be announced around X date. All we know is that an album is coming. people really need to relax with all their assumptions.
