And above the keys you can see the buttons for different beats and background instruments it will play. Grown up around both concertina and accordian. Seen enough in my time to know the difference like the back of my hand. It's definitely a keyboard. *I mean the picture before that tre posted with it in the background..

But those buttons are different than these, those are a lot of buttons together on top of the instrument and these are a pad that displays in the lower part of it, just like keys do in keyboard accordions. Also Tre had to be left handed (which we know he isn't) or be playing it in a weird way to have the keyboard in the other side of the photo.
