Today is the 34th anniversary of Kerplunk. I love this record. And I love „Words I might have ate“, and I‘ve just found the following video:

It was an amazing thing for Billie Joe to do, inviting a fan to play on stage with the band, even for just a few minutes. You could tell they where gob smacked. So made up, and a special memory that would be with the fan forever. I understand they got a guitar to keep as well? Nice one GD.

Yes it's a beautiful song. As far as I know, correct me if I'm wrong, live version at Manchester 2010, part of soundcheck.
