It's from an interview around the time of Broadway Idiot if I remember correctly. Somehow is asking Billie about how he feels about the the album being made into a musical (if I remember correctly the whole scene) and he's struggling to find the words, and Mike comes to the rescue, gives him a hug and a peck on the cheek while answering the question for him. It lives rent free in my mind, but I cannot remember the source interview right now, so I'm having a hard time finding another link for it
