Fair enough I think. I think it’s awesome but think Amy is just bad. We all have our opinions.😁 personally, i dont get the hype behind LOTAG and LNOE 1 Quote
Popular Post solongfromthestars Posted October 26 Popular Post Posted October 26 I like Haushinka but I hate Father to a Son and I'm not a fan of Here Comes the Shart either. At one of the recent shows someone asked me 'if you had to erase Jesus of Suburbia or Nightlife forever, which would it be?' And I actually hesitated Obviously, Jesus of Suburbia is objectively much better, but listening to it is like a full experience whereas Nightlife is just fun so I'm more likely to listen to it. I would keep Jesus of Suburbia but I'd be sad to erase Nightlife. However! If it was between Jesus of Suburbia and American Eulogy or Forever Now, I would chuck Jesus in the bin. We should have a 'which song would you erase?' thread. 3 2 Quote

If we included EVERYTHING....., Studio Banter or Shit Show or....Tre Polka. Other contenders would be Little Boy Named Train Demo. Walking the Dog. Stab You in the Heart. That's bottom tier Green Day for sure. 15 hours ago, jengd said: In @That Dude‘s defence (we have had this discussion for a while now) he’s not saying it’s bad, it’s his least favourite. Carpe Diem and Little Boy Named Train are half baked. And Dos? Even if it was a Tubbies album, it feels a little thrown together. Wild One, Make Out Party, Lady Cobra and Wow That's Loud need more work. 1 Quote
Cris. Posted October 27 Posted October 27 Oh, we're playing the least favorite song game? The Forgotten (appropriately enough, is the only Green Day song I completely forgot existed during my time away 😅) Little Boy Named Train Sex Drugs and Violence (how are all of these songs in the same album as Brutal Love?) Amy Unpopular opinion: Restless Heart Syndrome (it makes my blood boil every time someone compares it to Novacaine) On 10/26/2025 at 9:54 AM, solongfromthestars said: I like Haushinka but I hate Father to a Son and I'm not a fan of Here Comes the Shart either. Popular Post Mollyluna Posted October 27 Popular Post Posted October 27 I want to play too!🙃 For me the worst song ist Drama Queen: those lyrics are so cringe I can't stand to listen to the song (even if musically it's okay). And Drama Queen is closely followed by Amy which I dislike as a whole. But all the rest of the songs are fine for me I think... Edit: I was thinking about Haushinka, the starting point of this discussion. I didn’t care much for the song until I saw the videos of Chile some weeks back. And I began to appreciate it. Sometimes a live version can make a difference! 6 Quote
Montclare Posted Thursday at 01:55 AM Posted Thursday at 01:55 AM On vacation in NY, so of course I had to have this on my list- Also, I always wondered if this was the Jane St. Billie was referring to in Sweet 16, since he was writing here a lot when in the musical. 3 Quote
Robbie1039 Posted Thursday at 02:38 AM Posted Thursday at 02:38 AM Looking forward to an experimental Green Day album, keep going back and forth guys! Keep mixing it up! Also keep the 4-year release gaps up. Bring on 2028! Quote

I've always liked Haushinka, but this is how I've felt about One Eyed Bastard. I didn't care for it until they played it live in Lyon, and since then I've really grown to love it. 4 Quote

jengd Posted Saturday at 03:13 PM Posted Saturday at 03:13 PM Yes, I see it's out new age checks. Can't really argue against them but it is a pain. Thanks @solongfromthestars. Quote
That Dude Posted Saturday at 07:23 PM Posted Saturday at 07:23 PM Good Riddance had a significant lead over Wake Me Up When September Ends for reaching 1 billion streams, but suddenly Wake has made massive gains and could possibly surpass Good Riddance. It's a slow week guys, what can I say? It's not question but a lesson learned in time. Wake me up when November explodes. 1 Quote
