I saw a similar one yesterday in Hot Topic but they didn't have my size and I can't find it online, but it was green tye dye like that one, had the dookie logo and the cartoon face for Basket Case from the album. I don't mind it at all, it's some cool looking album art and nothing wrong with that being appreciated on its own imo. And like you say could inspire people to check them out as well. Basically, these alpacas got loose in Oakland. They were fortunately re-captured without any harm. Also, Boogie and Woogie are the best alpaca names ever. Also, I love how alpacas have those permanent smiles on their faces. Also, I do not know why this was on my local news.
