Popular Post Hungry Hungry Supermodels Posted January 13, 2021 Popular Post Posted January 13, 2021 Bang Bang is one of the best Green Day songs ever. If that doesn't make you wanna go buck wild in a mosh pit, then you're wrong. I actually did once at a concert and one guy absolutely wrecked me. He broke my arm and all the toes on my right foot, but I was too high on adrenaline to care. I kept on moshing until Mike told us to stop because I was limping. Best day ever; I definitely advise getting killed in a mosh pit. Back on track, that song is literally perfect, and I wouldn't want to change a single thing about it. 5 Quote

I prefer my role as "The Holder of Stuff" standing just outside the pit My friend likes to go wild in the pit and I always hold his hoodie and wallet 1 4 Quote
Slave To The Network Posted January 13, 2021 Posted January 13, 2021 Okay I don't know why I thought of this. It just came into my head the other day for some reason: If the GD boys were Dark Souls or Bloodborne bosses, what would their titles be? Some good examples of the types of names bosses have are: Aldritch, Devourer of Gods Oceiros, the Consumed King Lady Maria of the Astral Clocktower Dancer of the Boreal Valley Ebrietas, Daughter of the Cosmos An idea I had for Billie was "Billie Joe Armstrong, the Profane Singer." What are some ideas that you all have? Quote

It was all in good fun, and the only reason I got injured is because he was wearing some really heavy platform boots. He was lat least a foot taller than me. My parents laughed when they heard what happened. It was funny. 1 Quote

RedundantIdiot Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 I gave dad a list of old school GD videos to watch- Brainstew, Hitchin a Ride, Nice Guys, Walking Contradiction, etc. He says that the videos are "daft", especially WC. 2 Quote

Walking Contradiction is a masterpiece! My students loved it when I showed a bunch of random fun videos on test days for stress relief. It was the most popular one by far. Quote
Little Boy Named Booze Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 I think Tré Cool's dad is in Walking Contradiction. Quote
Hermione Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 My favourite thing about the Walking Contradiction video is observing how: - Billie does scary looking stunts and successfully shows zero fear - Tre does scary looking stunts but looks terrified and can't help trying to duck and power walk the whole time - Mike just doesn't do anything scary 3 minutes ago, Little Boy Named Booze said: I think Tré Cool's dad is in Walking Contradiction. When? Part of the story I heard about the making of this video was that Billie (understandably) really did not want to do the scene where he walks out into traffic but the other two talked him into it (there may or may not have been substances involved LOL). And then he almost got hit by a car and the piano almost fell on Tre and after that they stopped doing their own stunts LOL. But if you watch Billie's face really closely, you can tell he is freaked out but trying really hard not to show it. Quote

jengd Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 (edited) Is that not a mix up, Tre’s dad is playing the piano in Basket Case, I clearly need to watch both again! watched again, I don’t think that’s Tre’s dad lifting the piano in WC. Edited January 15, 2021 by jengd Addition Quote
