By this time they were supposed to rehearse for the Asian leg or already traveling. Surely they are thinking what to do to replace, unexpectedly, that part of the tour. I don't think this is something weird or that they are acting strangely to be honest. Quote
Rumpelstiltskin2000 Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 The first show in Singapore would have been the 8th 😔 I suppose the guys can't organise anything much because the virus is taking off all over the world right now 1 Quote
That Dude Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 Man my copy of Insomniac is jacked up. It doesn't even skip, it just STOPS after 30 seconds of each song. One song sounds edited, as it skips horribly every time Billie drops an F-bomb. Haha. What a great album! I'm playing all the songs on guitar now and WOW THEY ARE FUN! Quote
UNICORN VOMIT Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 Pretty hard to promote a tour when everything is up in the air. 2 Quote

And “music television” doesn’t exactly exist anymore to make appearances to promote an album... (I miss fuse channel from the early 2000s) 3 Quote

BilIie Joe Armstrong Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 One thing I’d love and they could do are livestreams. Can’t play the shows? Livestream some sessions. FOAM in full, something acoustic, I don’t care. It’s not even an original idea considering they did a similar thing for the hurricane Irma charity stream with the old songs (how cool was that, btw). edit: apparently pope Francis is doing the same lmao 2 Quote

It would be nice doing a live sessions tonight, as the tour was supposed to start today. 🙁 Quote
RedundantIdiot Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 I said the other day that GD should do some live streams and I still hope they do it. Wake me up when the virus is gone 2 Quote

Popular Post Montclare Posted March 8, 2020 Popular Post Posted March 8, 2020 It'll be a shame if TTMAC is never played live. I don't care which band of Billie's he plays it with, just play it. 5 Quote

They sound like great live songs. TTMAC, Graffitia, MMOTR, Junkies, Sugar Youth... they all slap. I’ve overcome the bitching stage and now I appreciate Green Day for what it is 1 Quote

That Dude Posted March 9, 2020 Posted March 9, 2020 Father of All remains the best album released in 2020. I know it's only March. Hopefully more good albums will be announced, but it's not looking like a good year for music so far. The new Stone Temple Pilots - TRASH. Ozzy's new one was decent, that was nice surprise. The two I'm most excited about are Weezer and Pearl Jam - and those are two very unpredictable bands. Could be great, could be a steaming pile of dookie. We shall see. I need some new music to listen to! Quote
pacejunkie punk Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 Since Green Day’s mysterious disappearance, I’ve been watching old stuff. Like this. I love this. I miss Green Day 3 1 Quote
