That Dude Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 Sooooooooooooooooo, no Christmas song this year? Man, screw this band! Just kidding. Ymas Time of the Year would be a cool sequel to the last one though, right? Maybe tomorrow. 1 Quote

tresexy101 Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 Why would Billie Joe let one of his sons take up MMA? Anyway, I hope the kid does well. Quote

Wretched & Divine Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 Jakob turned 18 this year, no? Thus, Billie is no longer in a position of authority where he can "allow" his kids to do anything. They're adults now, what can he do? Quote

St. Jonny Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 Anybody remember that interview Tre did with Rick Campanelli when he was Rick the Temp back in '98 during the Nimrod gig in the alley of Toronto? Tre put his microphone in the microwave, wish I still had that on tape. Quote

Popular Post Haushinka! Posted December 28, 2016 Popular Post Posted December 28, 2016 Growing up, I got my good taste in music from my dad. Whatever albums he got, I would listen to them. Whether it was 311, Incubus, The Cure, I usually loved everything he played. I can't wait to have kids and fill them in on Green Day and other bands that I love; continuing that passion for music in the family. 6 Quote

I am saving my original Dookie cassette to give to my daughter on her 12th birthday, the age when I discovered them and they changed my life. That's awesome you're already thinking about that! My daughter is only 2.5 but she already recognizes Green Day when she hears them and knows all their names, so I think I'm on the right track for sure 😆 3 Quote

bouncingoffthewallbja Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 There's a really good chunk of Billie's guitar work on 1039 that is fantastic! The guitar solo in Dry Ice is phenomenal 2 Quote
