So, John Roecker (filmmaker, friend of the band etc) has released a short film that was intended to be part of his American Idiot documentary "Heart Like A Hand Grenade", but was cut due to time limitations.

It's his personal take on the Jesus of Suburbia/Whatsername story, or a modern Romeo and Juliet as he calls it. Features songs from the album.

I love it, i remember when he first put it out a couple years ago now, i think its pretty cool! I've watched it maybe 5 times and i still enjoy it

Had no idea it was around for so long, I thought it had just been released. Was it just to back up his new date for HLAHG?

I believe he released it because he found the footage in his basement when he was going through it when it flooded, it wasn't finished so he got the Mikey Brannon to finish it with him.

I can upload it tomorrow if people want a download of it?!?
