Blond-O-Sonic Shimmer Trap Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Well that came out of nowhere. But this could easily be a friggin awesome record. Love the concept! Imagine if it went along the lines of the 60s inspired stuff from the trilogy like Brutal Love or Stray Heart.
Karol Oliveira Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Wow... this is surprising! Didn't expect it at all!!
Amanda Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Apostrophe abuse in the title and OP, Doggiechops.
greendaytodeathandback Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Billie: "I've got a whole tour booked, I've got the itinerary..." PLEASE TELL ME THIS IS ABOUT MORE THAN AUSTRALIA. I hope so much you'e right. Another tour would be quite amazing
Florence Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 OMG OMG he looks precious Listening to the cover now jflgjfkdjglk
Guest Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Apostrophe abuse in the title and OP, Doggiechops. Oops, bad copy and paste job. I'll fix it now
Judges daughter 93 Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 At first I was shocked, but now, after listening to that cover...it's great
Ritz Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 And Norah is Half Indian. Maybe she'll tell him about India and he'll get fascinated and set a tour date xDD
Guest Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 How do you imbed soundcloud? Just wondering. Andres says it isn't possible. At least that's what he told me anyway
November's Storms Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Very excited about this! I love Norah Jones, and that BJ guy isn't too bad either even though I hardly know about the Everly Brothers. And can the mods do something about the two threads?
IlariaIDIOT Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 I don't know Norah very much but I'm listening to "Long Time Gone" (http://www.greendayauthority.com/news/4570/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter) and woah amazing work!
Steven Seagull Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Don't like it. He should stick to punk rock and leave the gipsy songs to others.
SamMacs Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 To say that this was unexpected is an understatement. I'm not very familiar to Everly Brothers but this cover sounds really great and it's definitely exciting that Billie Joe does something like this so I'm very much looking forward to it.
