If it's an electric acoustic, yes. Like someone said, just make sure that it has an audio-out jack. Also, in the news post on GDA, they mentioned that they thought Rock Band had control over Green Day's catalogue. I would guess Harmonix only has the rights to 21stCB and everything before that, and not the Trilogy. How cool would it be to get Dirty Rotten Bastards or Let Yourself Go on Rocksmith?
