I don't know, kind of, it aggravates me to google to be honest.

I wouldn't mind a "Dirty Rotten Bastards" sticker or "Over the edge of joking" or something. That's just me though.

I´d choose 1. Because a correct punctuation for me doesn´t go with a slang "fuck". Without " " looks more authentic to me.

I laughed when I heard the song, because that was something I always wondered and never bothered to look up. but as a bumper sticker, it seems kind of dumb unless you know the song.
