Dabronxx Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 I know they had a ton of songs to play, but couldn't they switch out one of the old songs for "Kill the DJ" or even "Nuclear Family"? They were both singles and they chose to play "She" for the 1000th time instead.
Guest Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Because Kill the DJ sucks. /editorializing It's what I'd call an outlier--a Green Day song that doesn't really sound like Green Day, and given that the single was about as successful as Ginger Spice's solo career, it probably wouldn't be well-received live.
Guest Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Take that back. She is magnificent, and 1000 times the song Kill The DJ will ever be. I was so insulted by your appalling taste I couldn't even bring myself to be sarcastic.
Guest Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 I don't think the OP was implying that She is a bad song, just that it's overplayed. Kind of a hard point to argue, given that they've played it virtually every night since 1994.

I'd rather listen to She 500 times in a row than have to suffer through the chorus of Kill The DJ even once.
