21guns&novacaine Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Out of any of the Green day albums, in your own personal opinion, which album do you think would make a good musical? Like american Idiot
The Forgotten Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 21st Century Breakdown imo would make a great musical as well
HolyHandGrenade Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 21st Century Breakdown imo would make a great musical as well The only problems I could see is that the story is less defined, and the AI musical already stole some of its songs
Todd Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Only American Idiot would make a great musical, and it already is. So.... I don't see this going anywhere. No other albums really have a storyline, except now that I think of it, you could always make a storyline for Insomniac
The Forgotten Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 The only problems I could see is that the story is less defined, and the AI musical already stole some of its songs well, it has a more defined story then any of the other albums... and yea the stolen songs can be ignored I suppose...
carriedaway Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 Shenanigans., I think the songs could be pieced into some sort of story line.
70 Times 7 Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 I think they should take songs from every album and fit them into one fucking amazing story also i noticed the trilogy has a story to it, as Billie said in one of the videos, like Uno's the party, Dos is the hang over, and Tre is looking back on the party much later
musso_kn Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 I'd love Warning: The Musical just to see how Broadway handles S&M.
SpiffyGiffy Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 I'd love Warning: The Musical just to see how Broadway handles S&M. My brother says that Warning sounds like the soundtrack to a musical already. It would definitely be an interesting one...
