Discuss of the tab books here and post any tabs if you have any of the book

It's copyrighted, would it be cool to post the tabs from the books?

Posted

I'm not sure. I wasnt really thinking when i typed. Might want to wait it out until someone who knows for sure can respond

I would love to get these but I have to wait. I spent enough money on GD this past month :pinch:

Aren't these songs easy enough to figure out without spending 20 bucks?

Sure, far as power chords go. As someone who knows fuckall about technical guitar playing, I would appreciate having these books.

Even as far as solo's and stuff, Green Day isn't that hard to figure out. If you can't do it by ear, there are enough tab sites out there. I think it's a waste

Well, to each his own.

Are their bass tabs for these?

It might not be okay to post scans, but what if someone just retabbed them out?

Not when you can't play guitar by ear yet

I want these for the solos. I'm not much a lead player and I can't identify most scales my ear, so these books would be a big help.

I'm one of the few people who can't play guitar by ear, so I would love these books eventually

Yes. Yes to the Amy comment

I have the first note down in Amy, but anyway, it shows chords, I used to have Dookie, Warning, and AI books. And I can tell you, the first note of Jesus of Suburbia was recorded as a C# using the A, D, and G string, it definitely doesn't add the pinky and there aren't bar chords. It's consistent like that throughout the whole book.
