brianbags Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 I don't understand at all why they release them only on the Japan version.....
EggMong Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 I don't understand at all why they release them only on the Japan version..... I always thought it was because for one reason or another the CD's cost more in Japan and so to make up for it lots of artists put bonus songs on the Japanese versions.
DoodleBob Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 I don't understand at all why they release them only on the Japan version..... What the person above me said. Due to importing, CDs cost more in Japan so a lot of the time a few tracks are added so the CD isn't totally overpriced.
Carrot Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 bonus tracks? FUCK yes. cant wait to hear all the b-sides to the trilogy.
WhiteTim Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 bonus tracks? FUCK yes. cant wait to hear all the b-sides to the trilogy. They're just live tracks of swtrlf capre diem nuclear family kill the dj
Todd Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Unfortunately, the Japanese imports are pretty expensive just for a few bonus tracks that will be on youtube soon.
Carrot Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 They're just live tracks of swtrlf capre diem nuclear family kill the dj bummer... but i hope they release some b-sides like dream catcher and oh girl
Justin Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Does this really need a new thread? Just ask in here http://www.greendaycommunity.org/topic/91337-tr/page-93 If it hasn't already been answered which i'm pretty sure it has.
Sanity Loan Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Unfortunately, the Japanese imports are pretty expensive just for a few bonus tracks that will be on youtube soon. I don't understand why people settle for YouTube-quality
iRun Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 I don't understand why people settle for YouTube-quality Me neither, it's shitty.
Todd Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 Me neither, it's shitty. You people are audiophiles. I barely notice the difference, although I did notice spotify's Tre has much better quality than the leak
Sanity Loan Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 You people are audiophiles. And what's wrong with that?
Bob2123 Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 I don't understand at all why they release them only on the Japan version..... Because fuck you. That's why.
Asa. Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 Because fuck you. That's why. Was that really necessary?
Vanilla Shake Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 I just want the live version of Kill the DJ. Hopefully it pops up somewhere soon.
Jack Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 Call me crazy, but I really don't think we'll see B-sides from the trilogy. When would they be released? There have been none on singles so far, and the lack of proper promotion and releases for the three albums won't help. There doesn't seem to be a way to release bonus tracks...we also got 37 already.
porksoda Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 You'll probably just have to download them. Google is your friend.
Bob2123 Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 Was that really necessary? Wasn't meant to be serious.
kripack Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 I don't understand why people settle for YouTube-quality 192kbps AAC is a decent quality. The audio that you download from iTunes Store is 256 AAC, wich not much better, but no one is complaining about that.
